Fulfillment Operations Assistant

Position Summary F&F Cargo Express is looking for a dependable and organized Fulfillment Operations Assistant to help support daily order processing, shipment preparation, and warehouse operations. This entry-level position involves coordinating routine fulfillment activities, checking order information, and helping ensure packages and materials are prepared correctly. The role is a good fit for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying organized, and working as part of a team. Training will be provided on company procedures and daily workflows. Responsibilities Assist with processing incoming orders and shipment requests Check order details, quantities, addresses, and shipping information for accuracy Help locate, organize, and prepare items for packing and shipment Prepare labels, shipping documents, and other fulfillment paperwork Update order and shipment information in company systems Monitor the progress of orders and communicate status updates when needed Coordinate with warehouse staff, drivers, carriers, and other team members Help identify missing, damaged, or incorrect items and report issues Keep fulfillment areas, supplies, and work materials organized Perform basic inventory counts and help maintain accurate records Assist with other daily fulfillment and operations tasks as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Strong attention to detail and accuracy Basic computer and data entry skills Good organizational and communication skills Ability to follow instructions and established procedures Reliable and punctual work habits Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable with routine standing, walking, lifting, and handling of packages No previous experience required; training provided Benefits On-the-job training Supportive team environment Opportunity to develop fulfillment and logistics skills Hands-on experience in cargo and shipping operations Opportunities for growth within the company Pay: $22.30 - $23.30 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Vision insurance Work Location: In person
