Fulfillment Operations Assistant

Position Summary HQsing Corp is a company engaged in the sale and distribution of various types of equipment and products, including household goods and everyday-use items. We are seeking a dependable and organized Fulfillment Operations Assistant to support daily order processing, product preparation, and shipping activities. This position helps ensure that customer orders are handled accurately, products are properly prepared for dispatch, and inventory records remain organized. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable with hands-on tasks, and willing to learn different aspects of fulfillment and distribution operations. Training will be provided. Responsibilities Assist with processing incoming customer orders and preparing them for fulfillment. Pick and organize products according to order details and packing instructions. Check product descriptions, quantities, and item condition before packaging. Pack various types of equipment, household goods, and other merchandise for shipment. Prepare shipping labels and organize completed orders for carrier pickup. Receive incoming products and assist with checking deliveries against order records. Update basic inventory information and report stock discrepancies. Maintain organized storage areas and ensure products are properly arranged. Monitor packaging materials and notify the appropriate team member when supplies are running low. Assist with tracking outgoing shipments and updating order statuses. Communicate with team members regarding order progress, product availability, and fulfillment needs. Keep the work area clean and follow established handling and safety procedures. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. No previous fulfillment experience required; training will be provided. Basic computer skills and ability to enter information accurately. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks efficiently. Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working in a team environment. Ability to handle, lift, and move packages and merchandise, with reasonable accommodation as needed. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with order processing, product packaging, or inventory organization. Basic understanding of shipping and receiving procedures. Ability to manage routine tasks and adapt to changing daily priorities. Interest in retail distribution, household products, and equipment.
