Fulfillment Operations Assistant

Job Overview 54 Fulfillment LLC is looking for a dependable and organized Fulfillment Operations Assistant to support daily order fulfillment and warehouse operations. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. The Fulfillment Operations Assistant will help with receiving inventory, processing orders, preparing shipments, maintaining accurate records, and keeping fulfillment activities organized. Training will be provided, and previous fulfillment or warehouse experience is not required. Responsibilities Assist with daily fulfillment and warehouse operations Receive, sort, and organize incoming inventory Pick and prepare products according to customer orders Pack orders securely and prepare them for shipment Print and attach shipping labels and documentation Check orders for accuracy before shipment Update inventory and order information in company systems Assist with receiving and organizing incoming shipments Maintain clean and organized work areas Help monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies Coordinate with team members to ensure orders are completed on time Follow company procedures for handling products and shipments Assist with basic administrative and operational tasks Report damaged products, missing items, or order issues to supervisors Requirements Previous fulfillment or warehouse experience is not required High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required Strong attention to detail Good organizational and time-management skills Ability to follow instructions and established procedures Basic computer skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable attendance and a positive attitude Ability to stand, walk, and perform light physical tasks during the workday Ability to lift and move packages when necessary About the Position The Fulfillment Operations Assistant plays an important role in keeping daily fulfillment activities running smoothly. This position is a good fit for someone who is dependable, organized, and interested in gaining practical experience in order processing, inventory management, shipping, and warehouse operations.
