Fulfillment Lead - 2nd Shift

The Anstadt Company is looking for a hands-on, dependable, and motivated Fulfillment Lead to join our team on 2nd shift . This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading a team, keeping operations moving, and making sure customer orders are processed accurately and shipped on time. As the Fulfillment Lead, you will oversee the daily work of the shipping team, assign priorities, monitor productivity, and adjust workflow throughout the shift to keep fulfillment goals on track. Responsibilities Lead and motivate a team of production/fulfillment associates during the second shift, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Oversee inventory management processes, ensuring accurate stock levels through regular cycle counts and inventory control procedures. Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, reduce errors, and streamline order fulfillment procedures. Enforce safety protocols related to a production operation and OSHA regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Identify areas for improvement and lead initiatives to enhance overall performance. Support shipping & receiving activities by verifying shipments against orders and managing logistics documentation efficiently. Supervise team schedules and performance to develop a skilled and motivated workforce. Experience Proven experience in management or supervision within a fast-paced distribution or e-commerce setting is a must. Strong background in inventory management, logistics coordination, and materials handling. Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while maintaining high safety standards. Prior experience working with shipping & receiving processes, and heavy lifting tasks is preferred. Excellent organizational skills with an eye for process improvement initiatives that drive operational excellence.
