Fulfillment & Inventory Associate

MCG Careers, Inc. is seeking a two Full-time Fulfillment & Inventory Associate on behalf of our employer partner under the Winning Edge-Workplace Training Program. This Calgary-based medical supply and healthcare services company specializing in medical-grade compression garments, orthopedic and comfort footwear, custom orthotics, rehabilitation devices, and other health and wellness products. Theu work closely with healthcare professionals, insurance providers, and clients to provide personalized product recommendations, professional fittings, and assistance with extended health benefit claims. The business is fast-paced, customer-focused, and continuously growing. They pride themselves on providing exceptional service while maintaining a friendly, supportive, and collaborative work environment. They are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, efficient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities: Picking, packing, and fulfilling customer orders accurately and efficiently Processing and managing online orders Receiving shipments and organizing inventory Maintaining accurate inventory records and monitoring stock levels Placing purchase orders with suppliers and following up on outstanding orders Assisting with daily fulfillment and warehouse operations Previous experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms would be a great asset but is not required . They are happy to provide training to the right candidate. They place a strong emphasis on attitude, reliability, teamwork, and willingness to learn. They are not necessarily looking for candidates with extensive experience. They would much rather find individuals who are motivated, dependable, and interested in building a long-term career with their company.
