Benefits: Bonus based on performance Competitive salary Oso Communications Inc. is seeking an experienced Field Supervisor to oversee telecommunications construction projects and field crews throughout Texas. 1099 Contractor Position. Paid weekly. Requirements: 2+ years of experience in fiber drop bury, underground utilities, or telecommunications construction, with proven leadership experience managing field crews. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Must have truck Responsibilities Include: Manage daily field operations Train your team Ensure quality workmanship Maintain safety standards Support project completion on schedule The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can effectively manage crews, communicate with management and customers, solve field issues, and hold teams accountable for production and quality and is willing to travel. This position plays a key role in ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards.
