Fulfillment, Customer Service & Product Associate

Growth Opportunity / Leadership Track American Ostrich Farms is seeking a full-time Fulfillment, Customer Service & Product Associate (FPA) to join our direct-to-consumer eCommerce operation in Kuna, Idaho. This is a hands-on operational role with significant responsibility across order fulfillment, inventory management, product production, and customer service. This position will work in tandem with an experienced existing associate who has extensive knowledge of the department and its day-to-day operations. Together, the two associates will share responsibility for maintaining an efficient, organized, and reliable Fulfillment operation. We are particularly interested in candidates who want to grow beyond an associate-level position and have the potential to develop into a leadership role within the department. The right person will first learn the operation, build a strong working partnership with the existing associate, and demonstrate sound judgment, reliability, initiative, communication, and ownership. For someone who proves capable of independently owning departmental responsibilities, coordinating work effectively with their teammate, and eventually providing leadership when needed, there is a genuine opportunity for increased responsibility and advancement. This is an excellent fit for someone who doesn't simply want to complete assigned tasks, but naturally learns systems, identifies problems, improves processes, works well alongside an established teammate , and ultimately wants to take greater ownership of an operation. Note: This is primarily an on-site position on a working ranch approximately 20 minutes south of the Boise Airport in Kuna.
