Position Summary The Fulfillment Coordinator ensures every order is accurately picked, securely packed, and shipped on time while supporting receiving, inventory movement, and warehouse organization. Accuracy, organization, and consistency are essential to success in this position. This role helps create an outstanding customer experience by ensuring every package is shipped safely, professionally, and on time. Success at Treasure requires flexibility, teamwork, accountability, and a willingness to learn every aspect of the business. Every team member is expected to support teammates and step into any department whenever needed. Primary Responsibilities Order Fulfillment Pick customer orders accurately. Verify merchandise before shipment. Securely package merchandise to protect valuable collectibles. Prepare shipping labels. Ship customer orders on time. Ensure shipping deadlines are met. Maintain a high level of shipping accuracy. Verify order contents before sealing packages. Receiving Receive incoming deliveries. Verify incoming shipments against purchase records. Report discrepancies or damaged merchandise. Assist with inventory transfers. Organize incoming merchandise for processing. Warehouse & Operations Maintain shipping supplies and packing materials. Organize shipping and packing stations. Keep work areas clean, organized, and efficient. Support inventory movement between departments. Track outgoing shipments. Assist with customer returns when needed. Follow company procedures and safety standards. Protect company assets and customer property. Help improve fulfillment efficiency and organization. Teamwork & Cross Training Treasure believes in a team-first culture. Every team member is expected to understand multiple areas of the business and assist teammates whenever business needs change. Every team member is cross-trained in Fulfillment and is expected to assist with: Picking customer orders Packing shipments Shipping orders Receiving deliveries Order processing Department partnerships include: Sales Team ↔ Purchasing Team Sales Team ↔ Inventory Team Inventory Team ↔ Fulfillment Team Business needs change throughout the day. Every team member is expected to step in wherever help is needed to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
