xperienced fulfillment/warehouse professional ready to take ownership of order fulfillment and inventory operations.
As a key member of our small but fast-moving team, you'll play a hands-on role in getting our prank gifts, puzzles, and boxes picked, packed, and shipped accurately, while keeping our warehouse running smoothly. We're a growing, locally owned brand, and there's plenty of room to learn new skills and grow with the company.
Schedule: Part-time, 15-20 hours/week, Monday–Friday. Flexible scheduling available, including a 3-day (Mon/Wed/Fri) option.
Additional hours available during peak season (November–December).
Pay: $28/hour
Primary Responsibilities
Order Fulfillment
• Read packing lists to locate and retrieve specific items from warehouse shelves, racks, or bins
• Carefully pack products into shipping containers, ensuring items are protected and correctly labeled for shipment
• Build, wrap and label pallets as needed
• Accurately weigh and measure orders and select the ship method that best aligns with the customer-selected option and business goals
• Prepare and ship retail and PR samples
• Prep and label inventory for Amazon FBA/AWD shipments (e.g., poly-bagging, FNSKU labeling)
Warehouse Duties
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse
• Receive and QC incoming inventory
• Maintain accurate inventory records and report product discrepancies or damage as they're uncovered
• Inventory cycle counts and communicate necessary reconciliation
Administrative Duties
• Order fulfillment supplies as needed
• Troubleshoot technology equipment, including a Windows PC laptop, Zebra printer, and LaserJet printer
• Obtain LTL quotes from brokers and set up LTL shipments as needed
• Prepare BOLs accurately as needed
• Monitor and respond to customer service inquiries using Prank-O policies
• Enter sales orders in QuickBooks
• Update ship report
• Review incoming retailer POs for errors and communicate edits as needed
• Create retailer information sheets for suppliers
• Communicate kitting and preparation requirements to 3rd parties for large retail program builds (e.g., display and box assembly ahead of retailer ship windows)
• Create commercial invoices and packing lists, and book import shipments as needed
Responsibilities may evolve as business needs change.
Physical Requirements
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment (carts, pallet jacks, rolling ladders)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently
• Physically able to stand, walk, squat, climb, and move throughout the shift
• Reliable and flexible transportation to/from Eden Prairie, MN
Preferred Familiarity With
• Amazon (AWD, FBA, FBM), Wholesale (Faire, mass retail accounts)
• Shipping websites (stamps, UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.)
• Google Suite
• Microsoft Office
Qualifications
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated and able to work without supervision
• Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics experience preferred, but not required
