Fulfillment Center Warehouse Associate

Job Summary Join our dynamic fulfillment center team as a Warehouse Associate, where your energy and attention to detail will drive our order fulfillment success! In this vital role, you will be responsible for efficiently picking, packing, and preparing products for shipment while maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment. Your proactive approach will ensure timely processing of orders, accurate inventory management, and seamless warehouse operations. Responsibilities Operate warehouse equipment including forklift and pallet jacks, and manual handling tools to load, unload, and move inventory safely and efficiently. Execute order picking and packing tasks with precision to meet quality standards and shipping deadlines. Manage inventory levels by stocking shelves correctly, conducting regular cycle counts, and updating inventory management systems accurately. Support shipping and receiving activities by verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders and preparing outgoing shipments for dispatch. Skills Proven experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklift and pallet jacks. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for stock management, order accuracy, and quality control. Basic math skills for counting items, measuring quantities, and verifying shipment details. Familiarity with warehouse operations including shipping & receiving, order fulfillment, stocking, packing, and materials handling.
