Part-time during a two-week training period leading up to Black Friday, then full-time (40 hours per week) from the week after Black Friday through New Year's. About The Caviar Co. From our Berkeley fulfillment facility to our San Francisco retail location, we operate with a white-glove standard across everything we do. About the Role We're looking for detail-oriented, hard-working Fulfillment Associates to support our Berkeley facility through the holiday season. This is a hands-on role at the heart of our fulfillment operation: packing orders, receiving inventory, and making sure every shipment reflects the quality and precision The Caviar Co. is known for. You'll start with two weeks of part-time training before Black Friday, then move to a full-time schedule through New Year's. This is a seasonal position that ends after the holidays. What You'll Be Doing - Packing and preparing orders to brand standards - Building shipping kits and staging outbound shipments - Labeling shipments accurately using ShipStation - Receiving and verifying inbound shipments against purchase orders - Organizing and rotating inventory (FIFO), including temperature-sensitive perishables - Keeping the fulfillment space clean, organized, and fully stocked - Supporting cross-functional needs across fulfillment, retail, and wholesale teams What We're Looking For - 1-3+ years of experience in fulfillment, warehouse, receiving, or logistics - Experience with Shopify and ShipStation (or similar shipping platforms) preferred - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment, especially during peak holiday volume - Team-oriented with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset - Strong communication skills and ability to escalate issues quickly - Available to start November 16 and work through New Year's Requirements - Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs - Ability to stand and move for extended periods (up to 8 hours) - Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Statement The Caviar Co. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
