We are currently seeking energetic, detail-oriented Seasonal Warehouse Associates to join our Fulfillment Team. In this role, you will be an essential part of delivering exceptional holiday experiences by ensuring every order is handled with care, precision, and speed. This position starts at $16 to $18 HR and is onsite in our facility in Burnsville, MN. Full-time and Part Time seasonal until the end of December or Longer based on the person and company needs. What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like Key Responsibilities : Pick & Pack with Precision: Accurately select, inspect, and package customer orders so they arrive in perfect condition. Product Assembly: Assemble product components, kit special items, and prep shipments for carrier pickup. Team Collaboration: Jump in on inventory organizing, receiving, and general fulfillment tasks to keep the warehouse running smoothly. Keep the Flow Moving: Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. What You Bring to the Table Sharp Eye for Detail: Ability to spot product codes, styles, sizes, and variations quickly and accurately. Solid Math & Reading Skills: Comfortable matching item numbers and quantities to ensure every order is 100% accurate. Reliability & Stamina: Able to stay focused and upbeat whether tackling varied tasks or high-volume routines. Positive Attitude: A team-first mindset and enthusiasm for getting things done right. Qualifications & Physical Requirements Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent. Physical Capability: Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and moving throughout your shift. Able to lift 10–40 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally . Experience: Prior warehouse or order fulfillment experience is a plus, but we’re ready to train motivated candidates! Bonus Skills: Forklift certification or previous equipment experience is a big plus. Schedule & Shifts Facility Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Full-Time: Standard 8-hour shifts scheduled within facility hours.
