Fulfillment Associate (Hand assembly, Kitting, Small Bindery)

Join our production team! We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to handle hand assembly, kitting, and small bindery equipment operations. In this role, you will be a key player in our production pipeline, ensuring high-quality finished products leave our facility. You will balance hands-on, precise manual tasks with the setup and operation of light finishing machinery. Key Responsibilities Operate light finishing and bindery equipment, including label applicators, shrink-wrappers, and small bindery machines. Perform precise hand-fulfillment tasks, including intricate manual assembly, custom kitting, sorting, and packing. Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot machinery for different job specifications to maximize efficiency. Maintain quality control by inspecting products throughout the production cycle for errors, misalignments, or defects. Prepare finished goods for shipment, ensuring accurate counts, proper labeling, and secure packaging. Keep a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with safety standards. Qualifications & Skills Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience in a fulfillment center, print house, or commercial mail/bindery environment is required. Equipment Knowledge: Direct experience operating small bindery tools, mechanized label applicators, or shrink-wrap machines. Attention to Detail: Ability to follow strict job ticket specifications and notice minor quality defects. Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, perform repetitive hand motions, and lift up to [Insert Weight, e.g., 40 lbs] regularly.
