Duties Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with precision using barcode scanning for logistics accuracy Operate material handling equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling tools safely and efficiently Manage inventory through warehouse management systems (WMS) to track stock levels, perform stock replenishment, and conduct regular cycle counts Load and unload shipments using heavy equipment while adhering to safety protocols and PPE requirements Ensure proper packaging of products to prevent damage during transit while maintaining quality control standards Assist in shipping & receiving processes by verifying inbound and outbound shipments against documentation Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment by stocking shelves, organizing materials, and conducting safety inspections Experience Prior experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers is highly preferred Hands-on experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management systems (IMS) Proficiency in operating heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners for barcode scanning Knowledge of safety protocols related to materials handling equipment operation and manual handling procedures Strong basic math skills for inventory counting and order accuracy calculations Warehouse supervisor experience or familiarity with warehouse distribution processes is a plus Ability to follow detailed instructions for order picking & packing, shipping & receiving, and quality control procedures Join us in delivering excellence through efficient logistics!
