Fulfillment Associate

Position Summary Colven Express Cargo Corp is looking for a dependable Fulfillment Associate to help prepare orders and shipments for timely delivery. This role involves organizing incoming items, checking order details, packing packages, and keeping fulfillment areas organized. The ideal candidate is attentive, comfortable with hands-on tasks, and willing to work closely with team members throughout the fulfillment process. Training will be provided to help the selected candidate learn our procedures and daily workflow. Responsibilities Pick items according to order lists and fulfillment instructions. Pack products and shipments securely using appropriate materials. Check item quantities and order details for accuracy before dispatch. Apply shipping labels and organize completed packages for pickup. Sort incoming goods and place items in their designated storage locations. Assist with receiving deliveries and recording basic inventory information. Keep packing stations, shelves, and work areas clean and orderly. Notify the appropriate team member about damaged items, missing products, or order discrepancies. Work with coworkers to complete daily fulfillment tasks and meet shipping schedules. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. No previous experience required; training will be provided. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Basic organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to perform routine, hands-on tasks in a warehouse or fulfillment setting. Dependable attendance and a willingness to learn. Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications Comfortable handling packages and organizing products. Basic familiarity with packing, labeling, or order preparation is helpful but not required. Willingness to learn inventory procedures and shipping workflows.
