As a Production Assistant in Fulfillment, you play a crucial role in ensuring our products are accurately and efficiently processed and delivered to our customers. You support all aspects of the fulfillment process, from receiving and inspecting inventory to packing and shipping orders. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality directly impacts customer satisfaction and our company's success. This role is scheduled Tuesdays-Saturdays 8am-4:30pm. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Participates in fulfillment operations , including picking, packing, and shipping orders according to established procedures. Assists with order fulfillment by accurately pulling items from inventory and preparing them for shipment. Supports inventory management by conducting regular cycle counts and reporting discrepancies. Contributes to efficient warehouse operations by maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Assists with shipping and receiving tasks, including unloading trucks, inspecting deliveries, and stocking shelves. Performs quality control checks on products to ensure they meet company standards before shipment. Performs data entry tasks to accurately record inventory movements and order status updates. Applies problem-solving skills to address issues that arise during the fulfillment process, escalating complex issues as needed. Communicates effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and address any concerns. Knowledge/Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite , particularly Excel and Word, is preferred. Demonstrates strong communication skills , both written and verbal. Exhibits excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Understands basic inventory management principles. Must be able to communicate effectively in English to understand safety procedures and complete required documentation. Preferred Qualifications: Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS). Certification in forklift operation or other relevant equipment. Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or similar environment is a plus. Physical Requirements/Work Conditions: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to work in varying temperatures, depending on warehouse conditions.
