Fulfillment Associate

Job Overview Philmoor Freight Carriers LLC is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to support daily order fulfillment and warehouse operations. This role is responsible for preparing orders, organizing inventory, packing products, and helping ensure shipments are processed accurately and on schedule. This is an entry-level position, and previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is not required. Training will be provided. Responsibilities Pick products accurately according to customer orders Pack and prepare items for shipment Verify products, quantities, and order information before packing Apply shipping labels and organize completed packages Assist with receiving and putting away incoming products Sort and organize inventory in designated storage areas Move completed orders to appropriate staging locations Keep fulfillment and work areas clean and organized Report damaged products, missing items, or inventory discrepancies Assist with basic inventory counts when needed Follow established safety and handling procedures Support other warehouse and fulfillment activities as assigned Requirements No previous fulfillment or warehouse experience required Ability to follow instructions and work accurately Good attention to detail and organizational skills Basic computer skills Reliable and punctual Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn new procedures and systems Positive and professional attitude What We Offer On-the-job training Entry-level friendly environment Stable Monday–Friday schedule Supportive team environment Opportunity to develop warehouse and logistics skills Pay: $22.50 - $23.50 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Vision insurance Work Location: In person
