Fulfillment Associate

Job Overview As a Fulfillment Associate, you’ll keep warehouse operations moving by picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. You’ll use warehouse equipment and scanning tools to handle materials, maintain accurate inventory, and support safe, reliable order fulfillment. Your impact: Accurate picking and careful quality checks help customers receive the right items in good condition. Responsibilities Pick, pack, label, and stage orders using an RF (radio frequency) scanner and barcode scanning tools. Receive, stock, and track inventory; support shipping and receiving, and load and unload materials. Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks, forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers, and cherry pickers, when trained and authorized. Follow safety protocols, use personal protective equipment (PPE), and apply safe manual handling practices when lifting or moving heavy items. Check orders and inventory for accuracy, report discrepancies, and keep work areas organized. Skills Required: Attention to detail, basic math, safe handling practices, and the ability to perform picking, packing, stocking, and other warehouse tasks. Preferred: Warehouse experience in fulfillment, distribution, inventory management, or quality control; familiarity with a warehouse management system (WMS) or inventory management systems. Experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, or other heavy equipment is preferred; follow site authorization requirements. Warehouse supervisor experience is a plus, but not required.
