Fulfillment Associate
ACME SAMPLEDescription: Acme Sample is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join our growing fulfillment division located in High Point, NC. This team operates out of a separate facility just a short drive from our main Acme Sample building. The Fulfillment Associate will play an essential role in day-to-day warehouse and order fulfillment operations — ensuring products are accurately picked, packed, and shipped on time while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to daily work orders and customer requirements. Receive, inspect, and stock incoming materials and finished goods. Maintain organized inventory locations and assist with regular inventory counts and reconciliation. Print shipping labels, prepare packing slips, and process orders through carrier systems (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.). Support assembly or light kitting projects when needed for promotional or product bundle orders. Ensure all outgoing shipments meet quality standards and presentation expectations. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all company safety policies and warehouse procedures. Assist with operational improvements as the fulfillment business grows, including helping implement new systems and processes. Work collaboratively with a small team to meet fulfillment goals and deadlines. Requirements: High school diploma or GED required. 1+ year of warehouse, fulfillment, or shipping experience preferred (but not required). Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and stand for extended periods. Basic computer and label-printing skills; experience with order management or shipping software a plus. Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to grow with the team.
