Fulfillment Associate

Job Responsibilities: (Training Provided Accordingly) Fulfill online orders by physically pulling products from the sales floor in a timely manner, printing shipping label, packing items securely to avoid damage and closing out items in Shopify admin. Provide expert-level customer service for online orders and help troubleshoot customer issues with site and/or delivered products. Online and in store gift wrap. Respond in a timely manner to daily Direct Messages from customers with answers to product questions. Manage all product information on Shopify, ensuring accurate product descriptions and photos that meet Sunset & Co’s e-commerce standards. Maintain accurate organization and categorization of online products and their collections. Skills & Requirements: Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of time and to lift/mobilize medium to large items, up to 35 lbs. Flexibility in scheduling to meet the needs of the business, including weekends Ability to work cooperatively with employees and customers Available to work weekends Preferred Experience and Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. 3+ years in retail sales or customer service experience preferred. Basic hardware-related knowledge and/or experience being "handy" around the house is a bonus. VACATION: All days off must be requested via email at least 10 days in advance. Paid Vacation: 5 days paid vacation after 1 year of service Requested days off before completing 1 year of service are unpaid and are approved at the manager’s discretion. 10 days paid vacation after 3 years of service Holiday Working Hours: Due to the extremely busy season leading up to Christmas, employees are asked not to request days off from October 15th to December 25th each year. We need all hands on deck! The store is closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day during this timeframe and closes at 4 pm on Christmas Eve. OTHER BENEFITS: Working for a super awesome store!
