Fulfillment Associate

Position Summary Constanza Cargo Express is hiring a Fulfillment Associate to assist with the preparation, organization, and processing of orders and shipments. This position plays an important role in keeping daily operations moving by making sure items are properly identified, packed, documented, and ready for dispatch. The successful candidate will be dependable, organized, and comfortable working with packages and shipment records in a team-oriented environment. Training will be provided, making this a suitable opportunity for someone looking to build practical skills in fulfillment and shipping operations. Responsibilities Review order information and prepare items according to the listed requirements. Collect products and packages from designated storage areas. Pack shipments securely and select suitable packaging materials. Verify quantities, labels, and shipping details before orders leave the facility. Sort completed packages by destination, carrier, or scheduled pickup. Prepare shipping labels, packing slips, and other basic shipment documents. Record completed orders and update fulfillment information in the company's tracking system. Assist with receiving incoming shipments and organizing items in the appropriate locations. Report damaged packages, missing items, or order discrepancies to the appropriate team member. Keep workstations and storage areas clean, organized, and ready for daily operations. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. No previous experience required; training will be provided. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Good attention to detail and basic organizational skills. Basic computer skills for entering information and updating records. Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn new procedures. Ability to work effectively with coworkers in a busy environment. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with packing, order preparation, inventory handling, or shipping procedures is helpful but not required. Comfortable handling packages and organizing materials.
