Fulfillment Associate

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join our warehouse operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for picking, packing, organizing, and preparing customer orders for shipment. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently. Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory. Prepare packages for shipping, including labeling and verifying order details. Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock counts. Load and unload shipments as needed. Operate warehouse equipment and tools safely. Keep workstations, storage areas, and warehouse floors clean and organized. Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies. Follow company safety procedures and warehouse guidelines. Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment goals. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution experience is a plus but not required. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team. Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems are helpful. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift and move packages safely, with or without reasonable accommodation. Good communication and time-management skills. Dependable attendance and a positive work attitude.
