Fulfillment & Operations Associate Ronini Inc. | Fort Lee, New Jersey | Part-time W-2 employee Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00-11:00 a.m. Guaranteed hours: 10 hours per week Pay: $25 per hour Ronini is a baby-feeding brand founded by two parents in the New York City area. We make award-winning glass baby bottles and launched in the United States in October 2026. We are hiring our first Fulfillment & Operations Associate to own the daily process of getting orders packed accurately and ready for carrier pickup. This is an on-site role in a small, private home-based fulfillment workspace (garage) in Fort Lee, NJ 07024. The exact address will be shared only with selected candidates before an onsite meeting. The role may grow into responsibility for Ronini's broader distribution operation as order volume expands. Future hours, responsibilities, and promotion are not guaranteed. What you will do Review the prior day's orders each morning. Pick, inspect, pack, label, and stage orders for UPS or USPS pickup. Verify the SKU, quantity, product condition, packaging, shipping method, and label before shipment. Keep product and packing-supply inventory organized and accurate. Record inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, packing errors, carrier exceptions, and low-supply alerts. Keep the fulfillment workspace clean, secure, and ready for the next shift. Pause and escalate unusual orders, address problems, suspected fraud, cancellations, returns, damaged inventory, and unexpected shipping costs. Help document procedures and improve the fulfillment process over time. What we are looking for Consistent availability in Fort Lee from 9:00-11:00 a.m., Monday-Friday. A practical, dependable commute for a two-hour daily shift. Experience with fulfillment, shipping, receiving, inventory, a warehouse, a retail stockroom, or another accuracy-sensitive operation. Strong attention to detail and a repeatable method for checking work. Good judgment when working independently with inventory and customer-order information. Comfort learning web-based tools. Shopify or ShipStation experience is helpful but not required. Ability to safely lift and move cartons weighing up to 30 lb. Interest in helping build an operation, not only completing assigned packing tasks. Willingness to provide two professional references and complete a consent-based background check at the finalist stage. Compensation and benefits $25 per hour with 10 paid hours guaranteed each week.
