Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Fulfillment Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, organizing, and fulfilling pet owner and client orders while maintaining high quality standards throughout the production and shipping process. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and committed to accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Pick and pack trays of tags in preparation for the etching process. Individually bag etched tags while ensuring proper handling and presentation. Bin completed tags into assigned bin locations to prepare for fulfillment. Scan order receipts and accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment. Verify that all tags and products meet established quality standards before shipping. Print and prepare personalized pet ID cards for customer orders. Operate a postage meter and shipping software to process tracked shipments and generate shipping labels. Receive incoming inventory, verify shipments for accuracy, and assist with stocking materials. Assist with routine inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records. Process return mail by generating return labels, scanning returned packages, unpacking items, and appropriately discarding or restocking returned products. Use Asana to complete assigned fulfillment tasks and support additional projects as needed. Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient workspace. Restock and organize consumable inventory and packaging supplies to support daily operations. Collaborate with team members in various stations to meet production and shipping deadlines. Follow company procedures and safety guidelines to ensure efficient daily operations. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, inventory, or production environments is a plus but not required. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds. Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Preferred Skills Adaptable and able to learn new processes, systems, and tasks quickly in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues, perform basic troubleshooting and adjust to changing priorities. Ability to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy, productivity, and attention to detail when meeting deadlines. Comfortable using computers, barcode scanners, shipping software, and inventory systems, with the ability to learn new technology as needed. Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with team members and communicate questions or issues as they arise.
