Fulfillment Associate

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Fulfillment Associate to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will help ensure customer orders are picked, packed, and prepared accurately and efficiently for shipment. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Responsibilities Pick and prepare customer orders according to order requirements Pack products safely and accurately for shipment Verify items, quantities, and shipping information before orders are completed Label packages and prepare them for carrier pickup Receive, sort, and organize incoming inventory Stock products in designated warehouse locations Maintain accurate inventory and report damaged or missing items Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe Follow warehouse procedures and safety guidelines Meet daily productivity and accuracy expectations Assist with other warehouse and fulfillment duties as needed Qualifications Previous warehouse, fulfillment, packing, or shipping experience is preferred but not required Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Good attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift Ability to lift and move packages and merchandise as required Pay: $24.20 - $29.20 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Flexible schedule Parental leave Retirement plan Tuition reimbursement Work Location: In person
