Marissa Collections is seeking a dependable, organized Fulfillment Assistant to join our Naples team. In this hands-on role, you’ll help ensure that every online order receives the care and attention our clients expect—from selecting the correct merchandise to preparing it for its next destination. You’ll work closely with our store, web, and marketing teams, supporting online orders, merchandise transfers, and photography requests in a fast-paced luxury retail environment. What You’ll Do Locate and select merchandise for online orders, store transfers, and photography requests. Check each item for the correct style, size, color, quantity, and condition to ensure accuracy and quality. Photograph, scan, and document merchandise using our order and inventory systems. Prepare transfer orders and organize merchandise in designated shipping areas. Prioritize requests to meet shipping deadlines and established fulfillment timelines. Communicate promptly about missing, damaged, or delayed merchandise to help resolve issues before they affect the client experience. Support returns, exchanges, and the movement of merchandise between store inventory and the web and marketing teams. Keep merchandise and work areas organized, secure, and ready for use. Help identify practical ways to improve processes and support the team as priorities change. What You’ll Bring Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through. A dependable work ethic and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Clear, professional communication and a collaborative approach. Sound judgment, discretion, and respect for client privacy. Comfort working independently, following established procedures, and learning new systems. Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word. A high school diploma or GED. A valid driver’s license and a driving record acceptable under company policy, with the ability to operate company vehicles and travel between Naples-area locations. Experience in retail operations, inventory, fulfillment, logistics, or a related setting is preferred. Familiarity with RetailPro, Shopify, ShipStation, Storm, or similar systems—and experience handling luxury, fragile, or high-value merchandise—is a plus. Scheduling may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime based on business needs, with additional availability during peak seasons, inventories, events, and special projects.
