Fulfillment Associate

Job Overview As a Fulfillment Associate, you’ll keep warehouse operations moving by picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. You’ll use warehouse equipment and scanning tools to handle materials safely, maintain accurate inventory, and support reliable order fulfillment. This hands-on role suits someone who works carefully, stays active, and communicates well with a team. Duties Pick and pack orders, scan labels, and verify items for quality and accuracy. Load and unload shipments, receive and stock products, and support shipping and receiving tasks. Update inventory records in the warehouse management system and help maintain organized storage areas. Follow safety protocols, use required personal protective equipment (PPE), and apply safe manual-handling practices when lifting or moving materials. Your impact: Accurate picking and inventory updates help customers receive the right items and help coworkers keep orders moving smoothly. Experience Warehouse experience, order fulfillment, warehouse distribution, or inventory management experience is helpful; warehouse supervisor experience is preferred, not required. Familiarity with warehouse management systems, inventory management systems, barcode scanning for logistics, and basic math is an asset. Ability to perform heavy lifting and use material-handling equipment; experience with heavy equipment operation is preferred. Knowledge of packing, picking and packing, order picking, stocking, load and unload tasks, and quality control is beneficial.
