Fulfillment Associate

Fulfillment Associate Responsibilities: Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently using RF scanners and warehouse inventory systems Pack orders carefully to protect products during shipment and create a professional customer presentation Verify products, quantities, labels, and shipping information before orders leave the warehouse Perform labeling, box preparation, replenishment, unloading, palletizing, and general material movement Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including loading and unloading deliveries Track products and materials using inventory management systems Assist with cycle counts, stock counts, and inventory accuracy Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and fulfillment documentation Organize warehouse storage areas and maintain appropriate product placement Support the efficient movement of products throughout the warehouse and distribution process Coordinate with warehouse team members to maintain efficient order flow during periods of high volume Assist with carrier pickups, deliveries, and dock appointments as needed Operate approved warehouse equipment and material-handling equipment when properly trained and authorized Follow company safety procedures and applicable workplace safety requirements Keep workstations, packing areas, aisles, and warehouse spaces clean and organized Assist with additional warehouse and fulfillment responsibilities based on daily operational needs Fulfillment Associate Preferred Skills: Previous warehouse, fulfillment, distribution, shipping and receiving, or logistics experience preferred Experience with order picking and packing is strongly preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment Comfortable performing physical warehouse duties throughout the workday Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Basic math skills for verifying quantities and shipment information Experience using RF scanners or inventory management systems is a plus Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material-handling equipment is a plus Strong organizational and time-management skills Dependable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team Ability to communicate effectively in a warehouse environment Our Fulfillment Associates are an important part of the customer experience, and we want our team members to have the opportunity to build a rewarding career with us.
