Fulfillment Associate

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join our warehouse operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and quality. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently. Verify product quantities, labels, and order details before shipment. Receive, sort, and organize incoming inventory. Prepare packages for shipping using appropriate materials and labeling procedures. Assist with loading and unloading shipments as needed. Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies. Keep workstations, storage areas, and warehouse equipment clean and organized. Follow company safety guidelines and warehouse operating procedures. Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and fulfillment goals. Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or order processing experience is a plus but not required. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team. Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems are beneficial. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift packages throughout the workday. Good communication skills and a dependable work ethic. Willingness to learn new processes and adapt to changing priorities.
