Job Title: Fulfillment Assistant, Full-Bust Lingerie (Part-Time) Location: Lincolnwood, IL (Warehouse) About Us: Miseczki is a small family-run online boutique operating out of our warehouse space in Lincolnwood. We sell Polish-made bras in sizes most stores never stock, 26 to 50 bands and DD to P cups, to customers across the US. Many of our customers have spent years struggling to find the right fit, or being told their size doesn't exist. Our mission is to provide women who are often sized out of standard bra size ranges or have trouble finding a great fit with beautifully designed bras that combine comfort, style, and support. As a close-knit, nimble team, we are passionate about what we do and are looking to add like-minded, motivated individuals to help us grow. Job Overview: This is a fantastic opportunity for someone interested in gaining exposure to and experience with multiple parts of an e-commerce apparel business. As a part-time Fulfillment Assistant, you will help with package fulfillment, return processing, and inventory organization at our warehouse space in Lincolnwood, IL. You will also have the chance to contribute to other areas of the business, based on your skills and interests. A passion for bras, lingerie, and specialty apparel for a niche market is a definite plus! Key Responsibilities: Pulling orders and checking every item against the order twice. Our labels use a variety of international sizing systems, so you'll learn the conversions in your first week. Folding each bra so the cups keep their shape, wrapping it in tissue, and packing the box/package the way a good boutique would. Leveraging Shopify for order fulfillment tasks, ensuring accurate order processing. Processing exchanges and returns: inspecting each piece, refolding and putting away what's sellable, setting aside what isn't. Organizing and maintaining inventory in the warehouse, ensuring products are stored in a clean, organized, and accessible manner. Qualifications: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. You notice when something is one letter off, and it bothers you.. You handle delicate things carefully. Lace, molded cups, and underwires are easy to damage and can't be sold once they are. You'd rather get it right than get it done. Speed comes with practice; care is the thing we can't teach. Some background with bras and sizing is a plus. Maybe you've fitted or sold them, sewn or altered garments, or you've done your own homework on DD+ sizing and know what a sister size is. Any of these count!
