Fulfillment and Shipping Specialist

Work for a fast growing healthcare company in the dental industry. They help dental professionals deliver dental care understanding and achieve dental care best practices across the patient journey, easily. Responsibility/Essential Duties: This position has primary responsibility for the company product warehouse, including inventory management, receiving, shipping, and inventory assembly. Pack and ship products according to shipping orders provided by sales systems. Assemble an inventory of finished good products to be readily available forongoing sales efforts and shipments. Receive shipments of product, packaging, printed materials and other items.Open packaging and store items in a logical, orderly system. Discard used packing materials. Monitor inventory levels and alert management when inventory falls below specified threshold levels. Assist with daily, weekly, and monthly physical inventory counts and reconciliation. Maintain equipment needed for trade shows and other marketing purposes. Prepare and package these materials according to guidance provided by management. Unpack after shows and prepare for its next use. Develop a cordial working relationship with UPS, DHL, and other delivery personnel. Be available during peak time periods for extended work hours. In this case, overtime may be requested and/or approved by the Manager. The candidate must be highly organized and able to physically handle boxes weighing up to 50 lbs.
