Fuel Transport Driver

Job Overview We are hiring a fuel truck driver to load gasoline and diesel at the terminal and deliver it safely to customer sites on schedule. You will follow all DOT/FMCSA regulations and company safety procedures on every load. Responsibilities Safely operate a tractor-trailer tanker to load, transport, and deliver petroleum products Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report any equipment issues right away Load at the terminal accurately, including correct product, compartment, and volume Check tank levels, verify the product, and make fuel drops according to site procedures Follow spill prevention, bonding/grounding, and emergency response procedures Complete bills of lading, delivery tickets, and logs accurately and on time Keep your ELD/logbook current and stay within hours-of-service limits Communicate clearly with dispatch about delays, site problems, and load status Treat customers and site staff professionally and leave delivery sites clean and safe Requirements Valid Class A CDL with Tanker (N) and Hazmat (H) endorsements (or X endorsement) Minimum [1–2] years of tractor-trailer experience; fuel hauling experience necessary Clean MVR and ability to pass a DOT physical, drug and alcohol screening, and background check TWIC card (or ability to obtain one) is preferred, as terminals require it Working knowledge of FMCSA/DOT regulations and hours-of-service rules Ability to climb, lift, pull hoses, and work outdoors in all weather Reliable & punctual. Only night and weekend work currently available Able to read and write English well enough to complete delivery documents and communicate with dispatch Pay: From $1,800.00 per week Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Paid time off Paid training Safety equipment provided Work Location: In person
