Fuel Oil Delivery Driver

Job Summary NEED NOT APPLY IF NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE!!! We are seeking a reliable, seasoned and dedicated Delivery Driver to join our growing team Monday thru Friday! **Weekend/or holiday only positions also available!** The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting home heating oil #2 safely and efficiently to various residential and commercial locations in the Manchester area and surrounding towns by a given route. This role requires a strong understanding of route driving, excellent time management skills, and the ability to operate a commercial hazmat vehicle and prior experience. A commitment to safety, attention to detail and customer service is essential. ----SMARTPHONE REQUIRED FOR ROUTE DELIVERY APP---- Responsibilities Safely operate delivery vehicles, including trucks with manual transmissions. Plan and follow efficient routes to ensure timely deliveries. Load and unload safely, ensuring proper handling of product. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations. Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation as required. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery status/concerns. Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while driving. Experience Proven experience in truck driving or commercial driving is required. Familiarity with route driving and oil delivery is a plus. Experience operating tanker trucks or other specialized vehicles is advantageous. Knowledge of freight handling procedures and safety regulations is essential. A valid commercial driver's license (CDL), HAZMAT, & UTD Med card, TWIC card required for this position. This position is for the Fall/Winter hours are between 6AM-7PM October thru April with the option to work throughout summer if needed/interested.
