Fuel Bobtail Driver - Hazmat Endorsement Required

We are looking for a Driver to transport fuel and lubricants in a safe and timely manner. Driver responsibilities include loading of fuel and/or containers of lubricants on appropriate vehicles as assigned, transporting loads in an efficient manner based on road and traffic conditions, unloading requested amounts of fuel/lubricants, and accurately recording delivery amounts and pricing on invoices. Drivers will also perform maintenance tasks on vehicles as assigned. To be considered for this role, you should have a valid CDL A or CDL B driver’s license with Hazmat endorsement and a clean driving record with no traffic violations. Responsibilities Accurately load and unload requested amounts of fuel and/or lubricants Transport loads in safe, efficient manner Accurately record amounts and prices on invoices Perform preventive maintenance tasks on vehicles as assigned Assist with moving and setting tanks Fill customer tanks as assigned Perform housekeeping tasks around warehouse, including painting of tanks, weed control, sorting and storing of deliveries, and other duties as assigned Skills and Requirements Proven experience (two years minimum) as a Driver Minimum age: 23 A valid commercial driver’s license (Class A or B) with HAZMAT endorsement A clean driving record Minimum visual acuity of 20/50 (or corrected to 20/50) Familiarity with GPS devices Knowledge of area roads and neighborhoods Ability to lift hoses and items weighing up to 75 pounds Ability to climb ladders and work from heights Availability to occasionally take weekend shifts A polite and professional disposition A high school diploma Familiarity with DOT regulations Adequate math skills Strong customer service skills Willingness to undergo routine random DOT drug and alcohol testing Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Health insurance Paid sick time Paid training Retirement plan Vision insurance Experience: commercial driving: 2 years (Required) License/Certification: CDL A or CDL B drivers license (Required) Hazmat Endorsement (Required) Ability to Commute: Seminole, TX 79360 (Required) Work Location: In person
