Work Environment: Primary location is Surprise, AZ, with occasional, paid travel to client locations in the Pheonix Metro area.

Key Responsibilities: Trade Compliance & Documentation Ensure compliance with U.S. Customs (CBP) regulations and internal policies Prepare, review, and maintain shipping documentation, including commercial invoices and export manifests Verify HTS classifications and country of for accuracy Logistics Coordination Coordinate shipments with freight forwarders, brokers, and carriers Monitor shipment timelines, resolve delays proactively, and ensure documentation aligns with export declarations Inventory & Recordkeeping Maintain accurate, auditable records of inventory and shipment activity Ensure compliance with traceability and recordkeeping requirements Reporting & Process Support Support weekly and monthly reporting, including export summaries Assist with compliance inquiries, documentation corrections, and SOP updates Qualifications: Required Working knowledge of U.S. import/export regulations
