Key Responsibilities Manage assigned import accounts and shipments from arrival through final delivery. Prepare, review, and process customs entries and import documentation accurately and timely. Manage in-bond shipments, CBP Form 7512 filings, CFS, and bonded warehouse operations. Review documentation for Customs and other government agency requirements and resolve discrepancies. Coordinate ocean, air, drayage, LTL, trucking, warehousing, CFS, and bonded warehouse services. Obtain rates and prepare transportation and logistics quotes. Coordinate bookings with shipping companies and transportation providers. Manage customer orders, shipment status, pickup and delivery schedules, and warehouse appointments. Monitor cargo release, shipment milestones, and final delivery while proactively resolving delays and exceptions. Communicate with customers, freight forwarders, carriers, warehouses, customs brokers, and other service providers. Maintain accurate shipment records and coordinate with operations, brokerage, accounting, compliance, and warehouse teams. Handle various commodities, including general cargo, perishables, steel and aluminum subject to Section 232, and time-sensitive shipments. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in customs brokerage, freight forwarding, import operations, or international logistics. Strong experience with customs entries, import documentation, and shipment coordination. Knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations, CBP Form 7512, CFS operations, and FTZ/Bonded Warehouses. Experience preparing transportation/logistics quotes and coordinating carrier bookings. Strong organizational, communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel. Bilingual in English and Spanish required. Experience with Foreign-Trade Zone operations preferred.
