FTL Dispatcher – U.S. Trucking Operations (Remote)

First Class Trucking Corp. is a U.S.-based freight brokerage company looking for a reliable and motivated Full Truckload (FTL) Dispatcher to join our remote operations team in the Philippines.
We are looking for someone who is organized, communicates well, learns quickly, and understands the importance of keeping shipments moving smoothly.

pickup through delivery.
• Communicate with carriers, drivers, and customers via email and phone.
• Track shipments, provide timely updates, and follow up on delays.
• Handle carrier setups, verify documentation, and follow company procedures.
• Assist with booking trucks, confirming load details, and coordinating pickups and deliveries.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and operational updates.
• Identify potential issues early and communicate them to the appropriate team members.
• Understand different truck types, cargo requirements, and general U.S. trucking operations.
What We're Looking For:
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Experience in U.S. trucking, freight brokerage, logistics, or dispatching is preferred.
• Good understanding of how FTL shipments move from pickup to delivery.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Comfortable communicating professionally with drivers, carriers, and customers.
• Fast learner who can follow instructions and work independently.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to stay organized under pressure.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet working environment.
• Availability to work U.S. business hours.
We provide training on our internal systems and procedures. However, we expect candidates to be proactive, responsible, and willing to learn.
Location: Remote Philippines
Schedule: Full-time, aligned with U.S. Eastern Time.
