The Opportunity Red Ram Truck Parts & Service is looking for a motivated and reliable Delivery Driver/Swamper/Yardperson to safely complete deliveries and pickups throughout the Edmonton region. This is a FT position, so when you’re not behind the wheel, you’ll keep busy by assisting our operations and yard teams with diverse projects supporting the preparation of our on-site inventory. If you have a clean driving abstract, enjoy interacting with customers/vendors and don’t mind getting your hands dirty, we want YOU on our team. What You Will Do Safely operate our delivery truck in/on all road, and weather conditions Load and Unload the truck safely and efficiently Secure all loads to the deck of the truck to ensure items are safely transported Operate vehicles safely and in accordance with local jurisdiction Operate company issued electronic and/or communication equipment professionally and respectfully Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance. Manage paperwork related to deliveries, including bills of lading and delivery receipts. Requirements Clean Class 5 License (must provide abstract) Physically fit with the ability to comfortably lift up to 50 pounds Minimum 5 years experience - Flat Deck Experience Preferred Strong safety awareness and attention to details Excellent communication skills Reliable and Trust-Worthy Self-motivated, results oriented Details FT (Mon-Fri) OT Available Extended Healthcare Dental care Vision care Life Insurance RRSP matching Paid Time Off Company Events Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour Ability to commute/relocate: Edmonton, AB T5S 2B5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Licence/Certification: Class 5 Licence or better (required) Work Location: In person
