ConfidentialFront Office Manager / Dispatch Valentine Heating & Air | College Grove, TN Salary: $55,000–$70,000 annually Full-Time | Monday–Friday | On-Site We’re building a family-owned residential heating and cooling company located on Horton Highway in College Grove and looking for an exceptional person to manage our front office. Responsibilities include: Answering phones, responding to customers and delivering memorable customer service. Scheduling appointments and dispatching technicians. Keeping daily operations organized and running smoothly. Solving problems and communicating with customers and our team. Our ideal candidate is friendly, exceptionally organized, dependable, and capable of taking ownership of their work. Someone who enjoys people, solves problems independently, and takes pride in doing things right. You will set the tone for the customer experience. We’d especially love to find someone from College Grove or the surrounding community who wants to work close to home and build a community business. You will enjoy a professional and positive work environment. HVAC or plumbing experience is a plus, but not required. Character, competence, and attitude matter most.
