The Aspen Music Festival & School (AMFS) Front of House & Venue Operations Manager leads the Front of House (FOH) team, which is responsible for all FOH operations from arrival to the end of each concert, ensuring exemplary customer service and safety to all AMFS patrons. The FOH team is a team of nine, led by the Front of House & Venue Operations Manager and Assistant Front of House Manager, and is present for all open concerts, rehearsals and events which occur at the festival's main performance venues in Aspen, Colorado. These facilities include our 2050-seat Klein Music Tent and the 500-seat Harris Concert Hall. Additionally, the FOH team is involved in events in the local Aspen Community, including recitals at Aspen Chapel, Aspen Center for Physics, Pitkin County Library, and more.

Pre-season part-time remote work: February 11, 2026-June 10, 2026 (10 hours/week for 4 weeks, to assist in hiring the Assistant Front of House Manager, House Managers, and Lead Ushers.)
Season: June 11, 2026-August 23, 2026
Compensation
Pre-season: $30.11/hour
Season: $1,204.26/week plus housing provided by AMFS.
Benefits include AMFS season pass and paid sick time.
