Front Desk & Studio Operations Associate

Full-Time + Part-Time | At our Manhattan and BK studios Carrie Lindsey is a wholistic skincare and wellness studio with locations in Fort Greene, Brooklyn and NoHo, Manhattan. As we expand our team and locations, we’re looking for professional, kind, organized, and proactive individuals to join our Front Desk team. The ideal candidate is warm and personable, has a strong sense of hospitality, excellent attention to detail, and thrives in a creative, fast-paced environment. The right person enjoys creating an experience that feels personal rather than transactional and understands that exceptional service often comes from anticipating what’s needed before being asked. What You’ll Do Welcome clients and create a warm, seamless studio experience Manage appointment check-in and checkout Assist with scheduling, phone calls, emails, and client questions Process payments and retail purchases Maintain an organized, polished front desk and retail environment Receive, organize, and maintain retail and backbar inventory Assist with online orders and fulfillment Support estheticians with daily studio needs Help maintain overall studio organization and cleanliness Assist with other day-to-day operational needs as they arise Assist with in-store events Who We’re Looking For Previous front desk, hospitality, beauty, wellness, or retail experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Highly organized with excellent attention to detail Comfortable multitasking and shifting priorities throughout the day Reliable, punctual, and proactive Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team Genuine interest in skincare, beauty, wellness, and retail A Major Plus Previous experience with retail inventory management, Shopify and/or Boulevard (BLVD) is highly valued.
