Responsibilities Greet customers warmly upon arrival, establishing a friendly and professional first impression Assist customers with product demonstrations and answer questions about merchandise to enhance their shopping experience Operate the cash register (POS system), handle retail sales transactions accurately, and manage cash drawer operations with integrity Upsell products and services by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable options to increase sales Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure the store remains clean, attractive, and well-merchandised throughout your shift Maintain excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or directing calls to appropriate team members Support inventory management through stock replenishment and product rotation to maximize sales opportunities Sell memberships! Requirements Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers confidently and clearly Demonstrated cashiering skills including cash handling, basic math proficiency, and retail math knowledge Experience supervising or leading team members is advantageous but not required; leadership qualities are valued Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to foster positive interactions at all times Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and perform physically active tasks throughout your shift Join us as a Front Desk Sales Associate where your proactive spirit fuels our store’s success!
