Front Desk Receptionist (Salon & Head Spa)

About the Role Joon by Joe Bae is a luxury salon & head spa in Bellevue, and our front desk sets the tone for every guest experience. We’re seeking a poised, quick-thinking Front Desk Receptionist with a natural warmth and an easy smile, someone who loves connecting with people and carries themselves with the polish our clientele expects. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly on arrival and departure with gracious, engaging service Manage appointment scheduling through our POS system and keep the booking calendar organized Answer phones with polish and professional etiquette, schedule appointments, and address client inquiries Handle payments and cashiering with accuracy Upsell spa services and retail products with a consultative, advisor-style approach Support sales initiatives through strong communication and retail math skills Keep the spa immaculate, including merchandising displays and stocking retail shelves Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment Stay composed and adapt quickly in high-pressure moments, resolving issues discreetly so the experience remains seamless Requirements 1+ years of customer service or hospitality experience (required), ideally in a luxury or high-end setting Customer service that comes naturally, with a talkative, personable presence Excellent communication skills with both clients and team members Quick thinking, sound judgment, and a strong sense of responsibility Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly A refined, professional appearance and demeanor Experience with POS systems, cashiering, or retail sales (preferred) Supervisory experience (a plus, not required); leadership skills are valued Why Join Us You’ll be part of a serene wellness environment with a great team, where professionalism, attentiveness, and enthusiasm are highly valued.
