Front Office Manager / Dispatch Valentine Heating & Air | College Grove, TN We’re building a family-owned heating and air company in College Grove, Tennessee, and we’re looking for an exceptional person to run our front office. This is a hands-on position in a new company. You’ll answer phones, schedule appointments, coordinate technicians, communicate with customers, and help keep daily operations organized. We’re looking for someone who is genuinely friendly, positive, organized, dependable, and comfortable taking ownership of their work. You should enjoy talking with people and be able to handle a busy day without getting overwhelmed. HVAC or dispatch experience is a plus, but character, attitude, and ability matter more to us. We’re building this company for the long term. It will remain family-owned, and we want people who are excited to help build something special from the beginning.
