FRONT DESK/ DELIVERY/ PICK UP PARTS DRIVER

You’ll be the friendly face at the front desk, coordinate deliveries and pickups, and navigate routes confidently to keep our operations running smoothly. Responsibilities Greet customers at the front desk with a positive attitude and assist with inquiries or service requests Safely operate box trucks, vans, or personal vehicles to deliver parts to customers or pick up items from vendors Load and unload parts efficiently using manual handling techniques and material handling equipment such as pallet jacks or hand trucks Follow established routes adhering strictly to traffic regulations and DOT (Department of Transportation) standards for safety and compliance Verify delivery/pick-up details, complete necessary paperwork, and update digital devices or mobile apps accurately Ensure safe lifting practices during manual handling of heavy or bulky items to prevent injuries Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicles and storage areas to support warehouse operations Skills Proven experience in delivery driving, courier services, or warehouse operations involving moving heavy items Valid driver’s license with experience operating commercial trucks such as box trucks or vans; familiarity with manual transmission preferred Strong knowledge of safe lifting practices, weight handling in the workplace, and adherence to DOT regulations Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members Ability to operate material handling equipment like pallet jacks safely and efficiently Experience with route driving using mobile devices for navigation and delivery updates Physical capability for manual handling tasks including heavy lifting, moving items, and prolonged standing or walking This role offers an exciting opportunity to be an integral part of our logistics team while developing your driving skills and customer service expertise.
