Front Desk Client Service Representative

About the Role Ongweoweh Corp is seeking a highly organized, customer-focused Front Desk Client Services Representative (CSR) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service. You will play a key role in managing daily logistics, supporting customer relationships, and ensuring seamless coordination between customers, suppliers, and hauling partners. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary switchboard operator and greet visitors to the office Provide professional, responsive, and positive customer service via phone and email Manage multiple communication channels including calls, emails, and spreadsheets Coordinate daily pickup and delivery schedules to ensure on-time execution Collaborate with internal teams, customers, suppliers, and transportation partners Proactively identify and resolve issues through effective problem-solving Maintain accurate records and reporting using Microsoft Excel Support long-term customer relationships through consistent, high-quality service Qualifications 1–3 years of customer service or related experience (preferred) Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication skills (professional and personable) Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Solution based mindset with attention to detail Schedule Full-time (40 hours per week) Set schedule with no weekends, nights, or major holidays Who We Are WE ARE GREAT PLACE TO WORK CERTIFIED!
