What You'll Do Greet and check in customers, answer phones, schedule appointments, and process payments. Support the Service Advisor and follow up on declined services. Order automotive parts, manage inventory, and communicate with vendors. Take daily photos and videos of shop activities, repairs, and team highlights for social media and website content. Help create and post engaging content on the shop's social media accounts. Clean and organize the office, lobby, kitchen, bathrooms, and parts area. Run local errands as needed. What We're Looking For Friendly, professional, and organized. Automotive knowledge and strong computer skills required. Parts experience preferred. Social media, multitasking, and communication experience required. Comfortable taking photos and videos and creating social media content. Able to lift 50 pounds regularly. Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation. Must pass a background check.
