We are Hiring !!! Fresh graduates OR Experienced Warehouse / Inventory assistants Location : On site at: Vernon Hills, Illinois, USA Candidates with 2–3 years of warehouse experience will be preferred but not mandatory. We are looking for a reliable, hands-on, and team-oriented individual to support warehouse operations and IT Hardware Asset Management. Winning Keys: Candidates should be within a reasonable commuting distance, as this is an onsite position. A go-getter with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team-oriented mindset. Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and grow with the team over the long term. Key responsibilities include: Supporting the hardware lifecycle, including assignment, returns, repairs, redeployment, recovery, and disposal. Receiving, inspecting, tagging, storing, and shipping IT hardware. Maintain accurate asset status, location, ownership, and lifecycle records in ServiceNow or another asset platform. Support the complete hardware asset lifecycle, including equipment assignments, returns, repairs, redeployment, recovery, and disposal. Conduct inventory counts and resolve discrepancies. Support hardware returns, repairs, redeployment, and disposal. Maintain warehouse organization and accurate shipping documentation. Collaborate with team members and maintain a positive, flexible, and proactive attitude. Qualifications Fresh graduates OR candidates with 2–3 years of warehouse experience will be preferred but not mandatory. Basic knowledge of Excel and accurate data entry.
