Freight Solutions Coordinator / Specialist
Ashron Freight Services Inc.Location: Mississauga, ON Salary: $50,000–$65,000 CAD, depending on experience Experience: 2+ years We are looking for a Freight Solutions Coordinator / Specialist to mainly support our Latin America and US business. The role will focus on freight pricing, overseas agent coordination, operations support, customer service and problem-solving. Key Responsibilities Prepare competitive ocean and air freight quotations. Coordinate and negotiate rates with overseas agents, carriers and vendors. Develop and maintain relationships with agents across Latin America and US. Handle pricing and coordination for import, export and cross-trade shipments. Troubleshoot shipment issues and find practical, cost-effective solutions. Provide operational and customer service support. Follow up on quotations, bookings and agent inquiries. Requirements 2+ years of freight forwarding experience Team player Fluent in English and Spanish. Experience in pricing and overseas agent coordination. Good understanding of ocean and/or air freight. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle time-sensitive situations. Strong communication, organization and customer service skills. French is an asset. Knowledge of the U.S. regulatory filings - AMS and ISF etc. is a strong asset. Salary: $50,000–$65,000 CAD annually, based on experience and qualifications.
