Freight Scheduler

Job Overview Big Rell Freight Carriers LLC is looking for a detail-oriented Freight Scheduler to manage shipment schedules and support efficient transportation operations. You’ll coordinate load assignments, arrange delivery timelines, monitor freight movement, and ensure smooth communication between drivers, carriers, and customers. Key Responsibilities Organize shipment schedules and coordinate pickup and delivery appointments. Monitor load progress and maintain up-to-date shipment details. Coordinate daily activities with drivers, carriers, and customers. Process transportation paperwork and update logistics databases. Identify scheduling conflicts and help prevent delivery delays. Assist with dispatch coordination and general freight operations. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in freight, logistics, or scheduling is an advantage. Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving abilities. Comfortable using computers and entering operational data. Able to manage multiple priorities in a busy work environment.
